Helium Hosting Agreement
This agreement is between _________________ Helium hotspot network provider, and_____________
NewMediaHub will provide:
- Hotspot device
- Outdoor cable and antenna
- Installation
- Wifi if required
- Pay-outs from HNT as specified by the homeowners association
Home Owners association will provide:
- Access to install additional wifi, or a wifi password that can be used to support the device
- Access to install the hotspot inside the building near the roof
- Access to install cord running to the roof and antenna on the roof
- Access for repairs as needed
- Agreement not to remove or delete service without return of equipment.
Revenue/token share from HNT tokens earned is 50/50.
NewMediaHub will send tokens or revenues to the HOA account of choice on a schedule directed by the HOA. The beginning schedule is a transfer of tokens to the HOA Binance.us account monthly on the 30th of the month and can be changed by the HOA at any time by email request to alisacromer@gmail.com,.
The installation will take place during the weeks between August 12, and August 26, 2021.
Either party can cancel the agreement at any time. If the agreement is canceled, the hotspot, cable, and antenna must be returned to NewMediaHub, LLC, within one week of request for pick-up.
